Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If one order is delivered in separate consignments, the period begins when the last item is received. You may also withdraw before delivery. Sending your clear withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Use the “Withdraw from the contract” function below, email info@reznikamarket.com, or send a letter. Prior authorisation and a reason are not required. Online submissions receive an email acknowledgement recording their contents and receipt time.
Returning the goods
Return to REZNIKA UPDAY Kft., 4440 Tiszavasvári, Széles utca 38., Hungary. Dispatch the goods within 14 days after communicating withdrawal. Include the order reference to help identify your return.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal. We charge no restocking fee. Necessary costs of statutory remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not passed on to you. Pack goods securely; original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
Within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Any premium delivery supplement is excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost.
Faulty goods
Withdrawal does not limit statutory conformity rights, product liability remedies or any applicable mandatory warranty. Consumer purchases generally carry a two-year statutory conformity period. A defect identified within the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise. Email us with the fault and order details; reasonable evidence may be requested without unjustifiably restricting your rights.
