Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched from REZNIKA UPDAY Kft., 4440 Tiszavasvári, Széles utca 38., Hungary. Checkout shows methods actually available for the delivery address. The current Hungarian option is MPL/DHL; DHL is configured for supported international addresses.
Delivery charges
The current standard charge is €20 per order. Free standard delivery is available in the configured zones when the goods subtotal after discounts reaches €99. The Hungarian storefront converts these amounts at the current shop rate of 364.28 HUF/EUR, giving a 7,286 Ft charge and 36,064 Ft threshold. You can review the final delivery charge and order total before submitting an order. The shop conversion rate is separate from any conversion applied by your card issuer.
Delivery timing
Contact customer support before ordering for the delivery estimate for your product and destination. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, consumer orders are to be fulfilled within 30 days. Statutory remedies for delayed delivery remain available.
Payment and international orders
Only payment methods actually offered at checkout can be used. If no method is available, online payment cannot be completed; we never request card details by email. For non-EU deliveries, tax, customs and any import-charge responsibility must be established in writing before an order is accepted; you will not be required to accept undisclosed charges. Providing an EU VAT number does not automatically make a purchase tax-exempt.
